- Tell us the goal: share the service, property city, main concern and preferred way to communicate.
- Send useful details: utility bills, equipment photos, roof age, electrical-panel photos or prior estimates can help us route the request correctly.
- Review the property: some projects can begin virtually, while others require an on-site assessment before equipment, permits or pricing can be confirmed.
- Receive a written scope: the proposal should identify equipment or materials, included work, exclusions, permit assumptions, warranties, payment terms and any incentive assumptions.

Which services can I request?
HVAC, heat pumps, solar panels, Tesla Powerwall, battery backup, roofing, EV chargers and related electrical planning. For Tesla Solar Roof, HUS can review 2026 transition eligibility, but public website sales have stopped and any remaining project must be verified with Tesla before availability is confirmed.
What should I prepare?
Share your address, utility provider if known, photos of existing equipment, roof or panel details, and the main problem you want solved.
Are estimates guaranteed online?
No. Online estimates are planning tools. Final pricing, rebates, permit needs and warranty terms should be confirmed in writing after scope review.
